What are the funds used for? 

Brainerd Community Action is a 501c3 set up to help people and groups with charitable ideas figure out how to navigate that space.  One of the programs we offer is referred to as fiscal sponsorship which allows us to partner with other groups on specific projects in the community.  We have partnered with the Merrifield Lions club to set up a fund specifically for the improvement and enrichment of the playground at Merrifield Lions Park.  All donations (minus the administration fees) will go directly to this sole goal!
