Brainerd
Community Action is a private 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation. We
exist in order to help other groups
and organizations develop their
board of directors, file
incorporation papers, and gather the
information necessary for IRS
non-profit status. We provide
support, coordination, cooperation
and collaboration for sponsored and
co-sponsored community events. Our
sponsored events include the annual
Arts in the Park, Little Miss and
Mister 4th of July Pageant, and the
American Celebration - July 4th.
Brainerd Community Action Mission
Statement:
The purpose of this corporation
shall be to seek to establish unity
of purpose within the community and
to obtain personal involvement by
the greatest number of the
community's people and to enrich the
live of its entire citizenry be
defining its problems, assessing its
resources, and working toward
solutions in concerted efforts. |
